Henry Holt And Company offers a variety of services, including book writing, editing, publishing, marketing, and design. Specific service details are outlined in your order agreement.
Depending on the selected package, revisions may be included. Customers can request unlimited free revisions as long as they align with the original order requirements. If modifications exceed the initial scope, additional charges may apply.
A 100% refund is available if no work has commenced, meaning no team has been assigned and no work has begun.
If the project has started but is canceled within 24 hours, a partial refund may be granted. Coordination with your assigned project manager is recommended for a smooth resolution.
Refunds will not be issued once deliverables have been produced and revisions have been availed. However, customers may discuss alternative compensation with their project manager.
If project errors arise due to mistakes in the requirement analysis phase, customers may request a refund.
Unlimited revisions and team changes (up to three times) are offered to resolve such issues.
Standard turnaround time for deliverables is 10-15 business days.
If the company fails to meet three consecutive delivery deadlines, a refund may be processed.

Refunds can only be requested before project completion.
Requests made after project completion will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis based on prior approvals and communications.
